Workout Wheel: Random Exercise Picker

A good share of a workout goes into deciding what to do, and that decision can quietly eat the whole session. The Workout preset hands the choosing to the wheel: spin once, get one exercise, and start moving. It removes a small decision — it is not a training plan.
What it is and how to use it
RandomWheelGame is free, runs in your browser, and a basic spin needs no account. Workout is a built-in preset: select it and each slice becomes one option. Spin, and the wheel slows and stops on a single slice at random.
Because the slices are fully editable, the preset works best as a starting point. Replace the options with the movements you actually do, in the order and mix you want, and save that as your own wheel. Nothing in the built-in list is fixed.
Spin speed, sound or mute, a color theme, gaps between slices, a title, deduplicate, clear, and import or export are all there if you want to shape it.
When a random pick helps
- You know you want to move but cannot decide where to start.
- A session needs variety, and letting the wheel choose stops you defaulting to the same option.
- A group or a class needs one shared pick that nobody has to argue for.
- You want to work through a set of options one at a time rather than all at once.
Elimination mode suits that last case: each winner is removed after it is drawn, so the wheel moves through what is left instead of repeating itself.
Before you spin
- Work within your own ability, and check with a doctor or another qualified professional first if you have an injury or a health condition.
- Keep the list to movements you can already do safely on your own.
- Warm up, and adjust or skip anything that does not feel right.
- Use a slow, audible spin for suspense, or a fast, silent one when you want to get on with it.
Nothing here is medical or training advice — the wheel only chooses. open the wheel and let it pick the first move. It is a small trick, but it gets you past the part where the session has not started yet.
